The Atlantic Network of Geodynamic and Space Stations (RAEGE)

Abstract This paper shows the current status of Red Atlántica de Estaciones Geodinámicas y Espaciales (RAEGE), a joint Spanish-Portuguese infrastructure geodetic stations. When complete, it will be composed four VGOS (VLBI Global Observing System) radio-telescopes, two in Spain (Yebes and Gran Canaria) Portugal (Santa María Flores islands, Açores archipelago). The Yebes radio-telescope is fully operational integrated core network since 2016. Santa has undergone major maintenance operations resume regular IVS observations with its tri-band S/X/Ka receiver end May 2021, until becomes station by second half 2022. Additionally, each include GNSS receivers, gravimeters local-tie network. In particular, RAEGE-Yebes have Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) system, which under construction. It can said that RAEGE response to UN resolution 69/266 GGOS (Global Geodetic System). all stations shown.
